Rockhampton 13th - 14th March

Rocky will be host to our QMARA AGM Meeting so we would like as many members there as possible...

This will also be the first time using the NEW SLAB laid down just for our pylon racing... Many thanks go out to the Rocky club for allowing this to happen... Wink

Rocky is always a great venue for our racing... Can't wait to get there... Mr. Green

Reports indcate there will be "Green Grass" which will be great... Might not recognise the place... hehe

As usual Boof and I will probably be getting there on the Friday to setup camp and get some practice in...
A change to the norm in the event schedule this time by the look with Q500 first up on the Saturday Morning followed by F400 in the afternoon...
Australia One (F3D) on the Sunday morning with the QE's finishing off the weekend...

Ok... who's going, camping, moteling, partying at Rocky!? Very Happy

Well looks like my plans for Rocky have changed... Boof is un able to attend due to a family commitment on that weekend...
I will still be going but I may have to rough it and stay in a motel... No 5 star camping for me this time by the looks... Laughing

But I'll still be there with Bells on!!! (Not literally so please don't ask for pictures) Razz

How is the weather up there Rory?
Has it been raining heaps so that the field is a Mud Patch? Or is everything good up there?

It's been raining almost constantly here for about the last 2 weeks... Very wet and muddy in this area...
You just about need a set of floats on the Maryborough field at the moment!

I cant see the field being to wet, the forcasted winds will dry it real quick. LOL

Oh well... we flew with a cyclone off the coast last year... hehe
