Not quite 2010 just yet but it's close enough... Very Happy

Bring on the new year of Racing!!!

I'll be camping at the field Friday & Saturday Nights... Wink

Hopefully it won't be raining all weekend like it did last time... Rolling Eyes

I just had a VERRRRY long telephone convo with the president of Bundaberg, got all the goss on the place, and I can say if there are any out there that have not been there before, don't use internet explorer to access the club website, use either google chrome or firefox, and you will get access to loction maps etc.

Rod, Mrs Rod and I should be there by around lunch time on Friday, looking forward to it, I just have not yet decided which classes to fly. Rod should be flying Q500 and QE46, I dont know weather to fly 500 or Qe46, and will be having a go at F400 (or with a big bore Nelson is that F440, LOL Wink

) for the first time, should be interesting.

Have you not been to the Bundy Field Mick?

It's a very nice field and they are a great bunch of guys up there... They have always looked after us racers so we always look forward to going back... Wink

They have toilet and shower facilities... and a nice big slab we can use!!! (Concrete Mick... Concrete)

Nope never been there before, as it turned out the president is an old aquaintance of mine that I used to fish with years ago, never even knew he was into models, so we had a nice chat and he filled me in on the place, sounds great.

Put a few more flights on the F400 today, feeling pretty comfortable with it now, just a few minor issues on starting I have to iron out.

Had a chat with Trevor yesterday (Bundy Club Pres) and he asked to let people know that the Sunday morning will have the usual big bary brekky... Very Happy

This time however if you wish to go for the Sunday Breakfast they will be asking for orders and payment for the Brekky at the Pilots Breifing on Saturday morning...
They will be shopping for exactly what they need to do the orders on Saturday Afternoon so they don't have excess leftovers like they did last year...
You will have until around lunchtime Saturday to confirm and pay for your Sunday Brekky... Otherwise you will miss out... Exclamation

will be there racing but not there on Friday. Adam just deliverd my beautiful set of cupboards for my workshop, so I am now real busy getting work done here.

Rod, and Mrs Rod! .......... and me, shold be there around lunch time Friday. Should have a new "virgin" racer - TIM - in tow with us, but I have not heard from him this week... his viper was test flown last weekend, but he turns 18 tomorrow, so we will see if he shows. If he does, being a new lad about town, he should be able to show us how to party....... Wink
